Cancellation & Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Requests received by 5 p.m., January 30, 2008, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made after January 30 will recieve a 50 percent reimbursement through February 17, 2008. No refunds will be made after February 17, 2008. Please note that all refunds will be made to the payer only. No exceptions.

Substitutions

Recordings

Proceedings from keynote and breakout session speakers that choose to have their information online will be available for viewing. Only conference attendees will be given access and each will recieve a username and password to view select presentations.

NOTICE

Blueprints reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program because of an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen circumstances.

Conference Registration Fees Include:

Official conference registration packet, two luncheons, opening reception, continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks throughout the conference.

Please note that space is limited and registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY MARCH 10. Registrants who have not paid by this date will be deleted.
