Functional Family Therapy (FFT)
Pre-Conference Agenda

This year, the pre-conference will focus on the certified FFT site supervisor. Utilizing current FFT data, we will discuss how FFT site supervisors can enhance their skills for daily supervision to, in turn, help their sites achieve better adherence and fidelity to the model as well as improve overall outcomes. The session sill include a panel discussion on competence, fidelity ratings and CSS input and output. We will also address how supervisors and administrators can attain better agency and system support for their FFT programs.

While we welcome therapists and administrators from currently certified FFT sites to attend this pre-conference as well, please note that we will be focusing the majority of the day on the site supervisor. We will include time during the pre-conference day for therapists to have some direct time with an FFT national trainer to build skills and ask questions.
